The Yorkshire based choir is around 40 members strong and has developed a wide repertoire from classical and folk to swing, jazz and songs from the shows. The choir maintains a busy schedule of concerts and competitions both in Huddersfield and further a field.

The choir was founded by Marcus Lee, with a vision of promoting and cultivating interest and appreciation for choral literature within Singapore. The choir is dedicated to artistic excellence, and endeavors to explore and analyze choral literature to achieve this goal.

The Department has...  moreThe University Chorale performs the "Song of Ruth" by Rudy Lupinski and Victoria Davison. The East Central University Department of Music as part of the School of FIne Arts is housed in the beautiful Hallie Brown ford FIne Arts Center. The Department has over two hundred participating students of which approximately half are music majors. We have eighteen faculty members and are fully accredited by the National Association of Schools of Music.
