Open to anyone (age 8+ to adult) with a love of musical Theatre, The group works on excelling in musical Theatre singing, good vocal techniques and harmony work. Movement and/or acting plays a part, with plenty of opportunities for solo and small group singing if desired.   

All Choir ensembles, regardless of The members’ gender and age can apply for participation at The Festival. The limit of The chorister is maximum 35-37 per Choir (including The conductor and The Choir’s leader). The program of The Choir ensemble must be on The category of CLASSICAL, POP, ROCK, JAZZ, or FOLK music. The choice of program it’s free without limit of The instruments that may accompany The Choir ensemble. The duration of performance shall not exceed 20 minutes per performance. The Choir ensembles may have tree performances during The Festival. The following application documents must be provided by The closing date June, 01.Accommodation shall be organized from The organizers in student hostels in Skopje. We rehearse once a week. Our repertoire is mainly classical a cappella but we have participated in arena concerts with Andrea Bocelli, Chess in concert, I Love Musicals, Zelda, Morricone and oThers. In 2016 we won The Cork Int Choral competition.

The Choir’s repertoire imaginatively balances unaccompanied choral music from The Renaissance period with 19th - 21st century works. Although relatively small in number, The Choir is accomplished in singing music in both double and triple Choir form. Particular specialisms include The works of William Byrd, Thomas Tallis and Tómas Luis da Victoria. The Choir has performed in many prestigious venues in Europe, including Notre-Dame in Paris, Chartres CaThedral and Versailles. Events such as The Prague Spring International Festival (Czech Republic) have also featured The Choir. In 2006, in Budapest, The Choir performed Tallis’s towering 40-part motet Spem in Alium, with The internationally renowned Budapest Monteverdi Choir. In 2008 The Choir enjoyed a trip to The Lisbon region and sang in some truly fantastic venues, including Mosteiro dos Jerónimos.  less
