His dream was not random scattered thoughts - it was a prophecy of the next 14 years in the nation of Egypt! Although Pharaoh had no idea what his vision meant, he clearly was troubled and sought answers from his trusted wise men...but to no avail! Present was the butler who finally remembered the Hebrew slave that had interpreted his dream 2 years before. (Spiritual application: Would Joseph have lost his faith in prison? Was he sulking in self-pity? No! He knew that God was involved in every area of his life and His wonderful plan was about to become clear...!) It is open to all no matter what musical background, if any you may have. We "sing for the the sheer joy of it" and do local concerts. Recently we have sung at a large church inter-denominational christmas gathering and the highlight of the year to sing at a wedding at the request of the Bride and Groom.

The TCC is made up of youth and adults from the Trumansburg Community. We welcome new members and are looking to grow the chorus. There is no audition to join our ranks, however, a basic knowledge of choral singing and music is helpful.

Despite of the apparent differences, they are stron...  moreThe OV SINGERS is a Community choir from Kota Kinabalu, Sabah Malaysia (North Borneo) consist of members from different backgrounds who began their journey together as novice singing enthusiasts in 2015. Despite of the apparent differences, they are strong in musical passion and bonds, which is the essential spirit of Sabahan camaraderie. In 2015, they received further recognition as achievers of Level 5 Singing Ensemble with Distinction under the same international examination board. Recently, in June 2016, they completed their advanced Level 6 Singing Ensemble examination with an exceptional praise from the Senior Adjudicator of the Australian GUILD of Music Education. The OV Singers received their Grade 7 in Concert Certificate under the St. Cecilia School of Music International Examinations in December 2017.
