His refashioned version with the famous Latin text Ubi caritas et amor was commissioned by Prince William and premiered by the Choirs of Westminster Abbey and Her Majesty's Chapel Royal, conducted by James O'Donnell, at the Royal Wedding of His Royal Highness Prince William of Wales with Miss Catherine Middleton at Westminster Abbey in April 2011. Mealor uses a combination of a plainchant style and misleading harmonic suspensions similar to those of Eric Whitacre or Morten Lauridsen. Mealor's setting of Ubi caritas is reminiscent of the original Gregorian antiphon melody - ...    less

At the moment we consist of around 100 members in the average age of about 23/24. We are young people who are in the mood for singing modern self-made jazz- and pop-arrangements. Festival performances will be held in many important places in Belgrade including Kalemegdan, Belgrade Fortress and Knez Mihailova Street, the main pedestrian zone in Belgrade.

However other bodies of the city helped it as well like : the Ministry of Culture, of National Defense, of Foreign Affairs, the Ministry of Macedonia-Thrace, the Greek Committee of UNESCO, private educational institutions, well known businessmen active in town and Press organizations.
