Under the leadership of Musical Director and soprano, Michelle Nova, the singers perform an eclectic repertoire of classical, sacred, operatic and modern choral music. In recent years, the choir has championed contemporary composers writing specifically for the female voice, placing these pieces alongside classics by the likes of Fauré, Vivaldi, Mozart and Holst. The choir's unique sound is characterised by its vibrancy and fullness, a result of the 'Bel Canto' singing technique in which all the singers are trained. Seitdem haben sich Mirko Ludwig (Tenor), Florian Sievers (Tenor), Christoph Behm (Bariton) und Tim Schwarzenberger (Bass) ein breites A-cappella-Repertoire erarbeitet und dieses bei verschiedenen Konzerten und Auftritten im norddeutschen Raum präsentiert. Durch die Jahre im Knabenchor musikalisch geprägt, führte der Weg alle vier Ensemblemitglieder zum Lübecker Kammerchor „I Vocalisti" unter der Leitung von Hans-Joachim Lustig, mit dem sie zahlreiche Preise gewannen, u. a. beim Deutschen Chorwettbewerb und bei internationalen Kammerchorwettbewerben wie Marktoberdorf, Tolosa (Spanien) und Cork, Irland.
