M.I.C has its mid-year annual choral program dubbed Marvelous Praise which features lots of choirs to perform with them on many kinds of music genre. M.i.C also has its end of year music program dubbed Vespira which is entirely music and prayers featuring other choirs as well. M.i.C has performed at over 500 functions in Ghana since its existence.
