Each winter and summer, Chris Rowbury gaThers a random bunch of singers from in and around Ipswich. There are no auditions and all songs are taught and learnt by ear. We are dedicated to making this a great amateur choir. But, as Mary Poppins sang: 'In every job that must Be done / There is an element of fun / You find The fun / and SNAP The job's a game'

I Love The tempo, phrasing, rubato and expressiveness. The paraphrase of Psalm 121 is mine. I wrote this as my way of dealing with The loss of two choir memBers who both suddenly died The first year I was in Montana. It was my way of turning to The psalms for prayer. The recent pictures were taken in Shenandoah National Park in Virginia.
