Die Mini-Voices, die Maxi-Voices und The Voices. Wir kommen aus Duisburg und proben jeden Donnerstag im Gemeindehaus Beim Knevelshof in DU-Wanheimerort (Minis 17:15, Maxis 18:15, Voices 19:15). Da wir immer neue Mitglieder suchen, seid ihr herzlich willkommen, bei einer Probe dabei zu sein und kräftig mitzusingen. :-) The Voices is a choir for children (from 4-8), teenagers (from 9-14) and adults, separated in 3 different groups, called Mini-Voices, Maxi-Voices and The Voices. In addition to our annual subscription series, we sing with both The National Arts Centre Orchestra and The Ottawa Symphony Orchestra . The choir has made five international tours to Italy, Spain, Germany and The Czech Republic and The United Kingdom and Ireland . Following an extensive search which attracted a roster of highly- accomplished choral directors, The impressive and charismatic young conductor and keyboard artist, Jordan de Souza, was appointed Artistic Director and Principal Conductor in July, 2013. Founded in 1977, The choir has gained a well-deserved reputation for performing neglected and unfamiliar music as well as better known and popular pieces, both sacred and secular. New members are welcome and encouraged to attend three rehearsals before an informal voice appraisal.

It was officially inaugurated in September 2011 and was widely attended by thousands of choral music lovers across The country. The group has performed at numerous high profile functions like The international leadership awards night (tuzoya oungozi), national peace makers rally at The national Theater among oThers. The group also embarked on a nationwide peace campaign tour which was dubbed "11.11.12 - Sing Ghana 4 peace". The choir is noted for music evangelism and charity projects in Ghana.
