We rehearse at the Bernie Grant Arts Centre on Tuesday evenings from 7.30pm to 9.30pm. We aim to unite and represent our community through our joy of singing. the choir has over sixty singers rehearsing each week and the main focus in rehearsals is preparation for performances. these performances can take the form of concerts and appearances in festivals and other events in the local community.

South Salem High School's Symphonic Choir preforming at the Oregon 6A choir championships. the fabulous amazing spectacular Carol Stenson is their long standing director. South Salem took FIRST PLACE at Oregon's State Competition. This was their second song of four. This whole competition took place at George Fox University in Newburg Oregon. the South Salem Saxons also took first at their Districts festival in Salem/Keizer Oregon.
