We pride ourselves on our friendly atmosphere and the quality of our singing. We are let by Will Welsford who gives his considerable experience to help us find our best Voices. We sing everything from madrigals to musicals, folk to funk and have a great time doing it! Always open to new members, particularly sopranos at the moment!

The ...  moreThe CSI East Parade Malayalam Church Choir (aka The EM Choir), and based out of Bangalore, India, is a strong team of over 50 musicians who have dedicated their Voices to the Glory of God. The Choir is an integral part of the Sunday worship service. The soulful reckoning that they are singing for their Lord and Saviour is what drives the Choir in spite of the hectic schedules of its members. The Choir has a good mix of youth and experienced members ranging from an age of 14 years and above. Yeah, we don’t have an age limit! The East Parade Malayalam Choir is recognized as one of the best church Choirs in the Garden city and has been invited to perform in various concerts organised by other churches, institutions and groups. We did it so, that the 21st of September, we could join our Voices to all those thousand of Choirs and choral singers that are singing for the peace within the OneDayOneChoir initiative. El pasado junio, en el Festival de fin de curso de los Coros Escolares de Voces Blancas del Nalón, preparamos y cantamos nuestra interpretación de la pieza The New One Day One Choir Song. This particular setting was composed with a small mixed-ability Choir in mind, so the Voices are mainly in two parts (men's and women's Voices), splitting to four parts (SATB) occasionally, where the words suggest it. The musical style is reminiscent of the 19th century although the piano part does go into 20th century style syncopation at times.
