Members of the Choir come from the multi-cultured community around ...  moreAbout the BAVE Chamber Choir The BAVE Chamber Choir is focus group formed out of the BAVE Community Choir in Kuala Lumpur Malaysia in 2017 to participate in music festivals and events. Members of the Choir come from the multi-cultured community around the Klang Valley. The BAVE Chamber Choir is part of the BAVE Community Choir. BAVE Community Choir was launched in 2015 as part of BTSM’s outreach to the community. Both the Community and Chamber Choirs are part of the Broadway Theater Society Malaysia’s activity groups. Members of the Chamber Choir will have to first be part of the main Community Choir. The BTSM is a non-profit organization, formed to promote performing arts in Malaysia by the community, for the community. BAVE maintains a strong policy that “Everyone Can Sing”. The tagline for BAVE is “NO AUDITION & NO EXPERIENCE NEEDED”. The Choir is non-auditioned but members who join will have to commit to rehearsals and group activities. The Paros Chamber Choir's international performances have included Lebanon, Georgia, Great Britain, Italy, France and most recently their 2011 performances in Austria and Slovakia. Since its inception, the Paros Chamber Choir has participated in several international competitions and has truly become a lighthouse or beacon (Paros translated in Armenian) for The Armenian Nation. Past audiences find themselves inspired and overjoyed with the sounds of the Paros Chamber Choir. Despite the fact that most of the Choir's members have a disability and sing from a seated position, working with Maestro Raffi Mikaelian, the group has developed into a world-class Chamber Choir. Between 2002 and 2008, Alegria Chamber Choir performed under the scope of Ankara Çoksesli Müzik Derneği (Ankara Polyphonic Music Association), a prestigious association which was founded in 1974.
