In our 'Me and All of You' Concerts in March 2017, where The Choir was largely accompanying solo instruments in a Concerto, or where we were sharing The limelight with a virtuosic soloist, we chose to begin our Concert as we would if we were an orchestra!

We receive children...  moreOctava Children Choir was founded in 2009 as a part of St. Anthony of Padua Elementary School, located in BSD Serpong, South Tangerang. This is a group of kids who study in The School and as an extracurricular program for The children. We receive children from The 3rd till 6th grades. The Choir is conducted by Fanny Kristianus Kalensang and till now is The one who is in charge of all OCC's activities.  

One of The biggest private and social Choral projects in Madrid, Spain. Founded by Coral Santiago Apostol, a well-known mixed Choir, which has extended its scope to children and young people, creating Coro Ilusiones (children) and Coro Encanto (Youth).

Goal of The Choir is equally The Choral and music development of its members and The contribution to The cultural development of Alexandria and The surrounding area. Although it started as a small ensemble singing monophonic or at best diphone melodies without instrumental accompaniment, today has more than 80 choristers, mostly girls, 10-25 years old, and interprets as a triphonic Choir almost all kinds of music, with an emphasis on The music of The nations and Greek composers. In These few years, The young all-girls Choir has grown from strength to strength. Since June 2009, under The direction of Their conductor, Mr Darius Lim, The Choir has garnered numerous accolades and awards to Their name. In 2010 The Choir won The Gold Award at The 3rd Orientale Concentus International Choral Competition in Yilan, Taiwan. The Choir was also Category Winner and was one of four Choirs to be invited to compete in The grand finals. In 2011 The Choir attained Their first Silver award at The Singapore Youth Festival Central Judging of Choirs. In The same year They came in 2nd at The National A Capella Championships. The Choir has also collaborated with numerous national ensembles such as The Singapore Police Force Band and Choir and The Singapore Armed Forces Band.
