Members of the Mundus Cantat Choir are Singers with experience in other choirs in the Tricity area as well as students of the Tricity schools and universities.
The repertoire of Mundus Cantat, a mixed Chamber choir, includes various kinds of music – old melodies, modern songs as well as sacral music and popular music. Its members have participated in many major music events, such as oratorio performances dedicated to Pope John Paul II or a concert directed by Enio Morricone during the Solidarity Festival.
Joy at making music together is the basis of the choir's existence.

Daniel Schreiner is a student at Central Washington University pursuing an undergraduate degree in Choral/Vocal Music Education. Daniel studied composition with Dr. Elaine Ross and was the recipient of the 2011 Opus 7 Undergraduate Composition Award for his piece "Cain," which was premiered in February 2011 by the Opus 7 Vocal Ensemble. They are all amateur Singers. The choir forms part of the multi-choir model of the University of Pretoria, the others being the UP Jacaranda Children’s Choir, UP Camerata.

We have been singing for 15 years and held concerts in several European capitals.
Taking our singing seriously, we are a very social Singers who likes to perform with other choirs or musicians.

The current conductor is Irina Bogdanovich.
Choir's forte always were a cappella performances - claim acknowledged with numerous awards, most recenly - third place at the international Busan Choral Festival and Competition in 2014 and Grand Prix at the most prestigious Polish choir tournament Legnica Cantat in 2011.
Apart from a cappella works, choir perfoms both vocal and orchestral masterpieces such as Verdi's and Mozart's Requiem, Stabat Mater by Dvorak, Poulenc and Szymanowski, Beethoven's 9th Symphony or even J. S. Bach's Mass in h-minor widely regarded as the greatest and most demanding choral piece of all time.
