Founded as an alumni choir of Northern Spirit Singers (UK Adult Choir of the Year 2014) they have rapidly built their own reputation for world class choral singing. The choir has a wide-ranging repertoire – from traditional sacred music to modern, contemp...  moreFounded as an alumni choir of Northern Spirit Singers (UK Adult Choir of the Year 2014) they have rapidly built their own reputation for world class choral singing. The choir has a wide-ranging repertoire – from traditional sacred music to modern, contemporary compositions, popular arrangements and music from around the world. They perform regular concerts in London and the South East, as well as touring each year, with recent trips including Italy, Slovenia, Croatia and Greece. In 2025 the choir celebrated their 10th Birthday year, and the 25th anniversary of the founding of Northern Spirit Singers. Rehearsing monthly in central London, Southern Spirit Singers aim to perform the very highest standards of choral music in a relaxed and fun environment. In 2019 the choir returned with four gold medals from the European Choir Games in Gothenburg.
