YNS is a children's choir organization of over 330 Singers in 8 different choirs ranging in age from grades 1- 12. Choirs consist of Singers grouped by age and ability, as well as a Boys Choir and Young Men's Chorus

We may be studying physics, philosophy or French in our off hours, yet once we don the Blue Blazer our voices and hearts are unified in singing about all that is good in the world. The 2011 Chamber Choir consists of 12 treble voices, with Singers aged 16-24. Accomplishments of this distinguished group include: Gold Standing at MusicFest Canada, Richmond, 2005 "Your choir resides at the level...of artistry. The group named DEKOR Chamber Choir is composed of experienced choral Singers from various parts of Slovenia, who in the past used to sing in renowned Slovene and some foreign vocal ensembles. Driven by the desire of thorough preparation of quality choral projects, the choir works under the leadership of Slovene and foreign guest conductors. The choir prepared their inaugural concert, entitled In the Beginning, in cooperation with young Finnish conductor Dani Juris The topic of creation coincided not only with the central composition of the concert, Copland’s In the Beginning, but also with the choir’s first public appearance and presentation of the concept of their work. Among the carefully selected works by Slovene and other authors, three were performed in Slovenia for the first time: Aaron Copland’s In the Beginning, Cyrillus Kreek’s Onnis on inimene (Blessed be the Man) and Ole Gjeilo’s Unicornis captivatur (Captured Unicorn). We are resident at St. Matthew's parish church in Chapel Allerton. We rehearsal three times a month, on a Friday evening and sing four services a month, including Evensong on the first Sunday of every month. We also often host come and sing days and various workshops, our two most recent projects have been on Buxtehude's Membra Jesu Nostri and Mozart's Requiem. ALERON, being an all-male ensemble, is geared towards exploring the male choral soundscape.
