I'm curious what other community choral groups charge for admission to your Concert.  We currently charge $25 for adults but are reevaluating that price since members of our board feel it is too high.   Thanks for your input!

Our motto is "We sing for the love of it" and the group is known for its musical excellence and community service throughout Durham Region. Though founded and based in Whitby, our membership is made up of residents from all over Durham Region and the GTA. We truly represent and reflect the diversity of the Region in which we perform. The choir currently numbers 70 to 80 choir members ranging in age from 18 to 80.  

This year Kranjski oktet will celebrate his 5th anniversary. The group consiSt of experienced amateur Singers. We preform choral music, ethnic music and modern songs emphasis on Slovenian authors. We also preformed successfully abroad in PeraSt, Montenegro and Praga.

It is situated on the south coaSt of the County of Cornwall, the area of England protruding into the atlantic Ocean facing North America. Male voice singing is traditionally very popular in the county, there being 33 federated choirs numbering 1,300 Singers out of a total population of nearly half a million. The choir was formed in 1974 and quickly matured into one of the leading and largeSt male choirs in Cornwall. It now has over 55 members including several founder members. The choir gives around 25 Concerts each year, raising many thousands of pounds for various charities. On the 10th July 2010 they celebrated their 900th public appearance. During a Concert tour of Gibraltar in 1979 they performed in the famous St. Michael's Cave.
