What comes next may be a classic song by Joni Mitchell or Louis Prima. It may be an old bebop standard or cheeky arrangement of a 1980s hit. But these are arrangements like you’ve never heard them before—containing all the richness of a full band, but performed using just four VOICES. This is Cadence, Canada’s premiere Vocal group. Based in Toronto, this a cappella Ensemble has been wowing audiences across the country and around the world for nearly 15 years. The MCHS Men's Ensemble is a group of no more than 12 young men who rehearse and perform with the Memorial,Composite High School Music Department. This group of young men are known for their high energy performances of many different styles of music.

Their resume includes hundreds of performances in the most prominent venues in Israel (‘The Israeli Opera House‘, ‘Binyanei Hauma‘, ‘Tzavta‘ etc...) and collaborations with various artists and Ensembles, including: ‘The Vocal Octet‘ , ‘The Kolan quartet‘, the singer Hanan Yovel and ‘The Haifa Symphony Orchestra'. They have received media exposure on radio and television programs and were featured in a special television program celebrating the Millennium year which was broadcasted to 60 countries worldwide. In 2004, the Ensemble was invited to a concert tour in Germany and was warmly received by the critics.
