Paul Rudoi, winner of MCA's 2011 "Young Composer's Composition Competition" and member of Cantus (also based in Minneapolis), has written a special composition for the combined ensembles that will be premiered in Milwaukee, then repeated in two performances when MCA travels to Minneapolis to perform with the National Lutheran Choir on their All Saints' programs November 3 and 4, 2012. Voices Carry is an Americana jazz-influenced vocal group based in metro Phoenix, Arizona. Most of our songs are performed a cappella, and we favor vocal jazz, but we occassionally perform with instrumental accompaniment and perform other styles.

Our chorus of over 35 members is talented and growing, ranging in age from teenage to seniors. Under the guise of other names, we have been in continuous existence for over 50 years and are currently conducted by the highly experienced and talented Dr Sarah Penicka-Smith. We meet on Monday nights at Trinity Chapel, Robert Menzies College from 7.00-9.30pm during school terms. there are no auditions and everyone is welcome, regardless of musical experience.
