At turns frenzied, lyrical, and visceral, this piece pays disillusioned tribute to that not-so-glamorous icon of the open road, the Greyhound bus.

The Choir’s directors have traditionally been exclusively women — talented Choirmasters who represented the classical Russian choral school. The repertoire of the MEPhI Male Choir includes practically all genres of choral music: Russian and Western classics and spiritual music, opera choruses, works by modern composers, Russian folksongs, and some popular songs of the Soviet era.  less
