In exitu Israel de Aegypto, domus Iacob de populo barbaro. When Israel went out of Egypt, the house of Jacob from a barbarous people: Facta est Iudaea sanctificatio eius, Israel potestas eius. The Singers are directed by Dr Simon Lindley, Music Director since the choir's foundation in 1977. En la actualidad sus componentes vienen desde distintos centros escolares, institutos y facultades. En sus ya 18 años de historia la EMA ha participado en multitud de concursos, encuentros y congresos con coros de todo el mundo y ha sido invitada a colaborar en galas y proyectos benéficos. Tuvieron especial relevancia los encuentros nacionales en Guadix (Granada), Toledo, Oviedo y Murcia, así como los congresos internacionales en Granada, Estocolmo, Roma y París.
