Paralia is a touristic seaside village situated on The west coast of The Thermaic Gulf and in The shadow of Olympus. The Festival has two parts: competitive and non-competitive. However, The character and The main concept of both parts is joining music, vacation, friendship and fun. The idea of The Festival is to bring The music closer to The people and to present The music on The streets and The squares of Paralia, Olympic Beach and Katerini. All choir ensembles, regardless of The members’ gender and age can apply for participation at The Festival.  less

Bandits ambush oThers on The road. They get wealth, but They stay in one Place. Lovers keep moving, never The same, not for a second! What makes oThers grieve, They enjoy! When They look angry, don't believe Their faces. It's spring lightning, a joke before The rain. They chew thorns thoughtfully along with pasture grass. Gazelle and lioness, having dinner. Love is invisible except here, in us. Sometimes I praise love; sometimes love praises me. Love, a little shell somewhere on The ocean floor, opens its mouth. All sessions run from 1pm to 4pm, and are being held at Phoenix Community Centre, Brighton, BN2 9ND (except 08/11/2015) I am running five sessions. Everyone is welcome, and no previous Singing experience is necessary. Each session will introduce new songs, as well as continuing to work on a core repertoire.
