Our mission is to spread a message of respect for the natural world through music from across the globe, and we have performed at events such as GLastonbury Festival 2013 Opening Ceremony, and the United Nations World Environment Day concert in Staines and in Oxford Street, central London. We welcome men and women of all abilities, and sessions are taught by ear so no experience is needed, just a passion for singing and a love of the earth! Our Musical Director is the renowned Susie Ro Prater who has supported choirs and natural voice movement workshops for many years. Our very enjoyable choir practices take place once a month at the Hythe Centre in Egham, Staines, easily accessible by train from Central London and free parking onsite. Membership is £15 for the year and minimum £5 per member for each of our sessions. Please bring a mug for refreshments. Incredible value! Non-members ... One';">less

Hey people, people, Here is your liberty 2. Vibrant is the lilac tree, My beloved is a partisan 3. On the other side of the Morave (river in Croatia) a girl is reading the newspaper This outdoor performance was the culmination of a six-week project which creates a choir from scratch for One night only. Each winter and summer, Chris Rowbury gathers a random bunch of singers from in and around Ipswich. There are no auditions and all Songs are taught and learnt by ear. Usually eight Songs are learnt in six two-hour sessions and in the summer are performed outdoors near Ipswich. http://chrisrowbury.com One';">less

As the piece hasn't been performed by a choir yet, you can listen to the original version. Here are the lyrics: Calmly, my soul is ready to go. Now, it is time to say 'Goodbye'. Yes, it is time to say 'Goodbye'. In my mind all is beautiful. In my mind, all is beautiful in my mind. Still my heart is so close to your heart, But the time comes to say 'Goodbye'. Sadly, it's time to say 'Goodbye'. In my mind all is beautiful. And from up there, I will ask all the angelsTo take care of you my love. And, I will pray every day and I will wait 'Til you come find me above. One';">less
