Si compone di 40 elementi di età varia molti dei quali provenienti già da esperienze musicali di vario genere e di vario livello. Il suo repertorio spazia tra brani di musica sacra, profana, operistica e di tradizione popolare; Dall’agosto 2009 svolge concerti, anima messe e cerimonie; partecipa ad eventi di beneficenza, di promozione culturale e di gala privati e non; partecipa a rassegne e festival corali. Organizza ogni anno ad Arsoli la “Rassegna musicale in onore di N.S.di Guadalupe”, la cui prima edizione coincide con il debutto della corale (Agosto 2009), sempre ad Arsoli, in occasione delle festività natalizie, organizza “A Christmas Carol, note di Natale” un concerto in collaborazione con il coro giovanile “Allegre Note” di Arsoli. Don't throw away your shot to join us in our milestone 25th season, including songs from Hamilton, Coldplay and Dear Evan Hansen! Are you a legal professional who's looking for a fresh way to connect with your musical interests and like-minded legal eagles while giving back meaningfully to our community? The 80+ voice New York City Bar Chorus ("CBC") will conduct a limited number of auditions (brief, private and low-pressure), with primary focus on baritones, basses and high sopranos, for our fall 2017 cycle. We rehearse about three Tuesday evenings per month, from 7:00 to 8:30 PM, in midtown Manhattan to produce what listeners describe as a professional-quality sound, spanning musical theater, jazz, pop/rock, gospel and classical styles. For example, this fall's repertoire will include sophisticated arrangements of Tony- and Oscar-winning music from Hamilton, Dear Evan Hansen, The Wiz and La La Land.
