"A Rainy Day" is Greg Bartholomew's setting for women's chorus of the poem by the 19th Century American poet John Gardiner Calkins Brainard (1796 - 1828). Le 6 avril 2002, c'est sur la scène du Théâtre National de la Criée de Marseille, qu'ils ont donné la première représentation d'un Opéra crée sur le St...  moreLe choeur Lyrique de l'Estaque est né en 1998 par la motivation de la cantatrice Gayané HOVANNYSIAN. Le 6 avril 2002, c'est sur la scène du Théâtre National de la Criée de Marseille, qu'ils ont donné la première représentation d'un Opéra crée sur le Stabat Mater de J.B. Pergolèse. C'est ensuite en 2003 à l'Odéon de Marseille et en 2004 à Vitrolles, que cette représentation s' est pOursuivie. Le choeur continue le 9 Mai 2004 avec l'interprétation du Stabat Mater à l'Abbaye St-Victor de Marseille, lieu culte de la musique sacrée. En 2008 c'est au TOursky avec l'opéra des opéras "Le Choeur des Anges" que le choeur se représente. Le consécration est enfin venue le 4 Avril 2013 avec le spectacle Operassimo représenté à l'opéra de Marseille à guichet fermé. Depuis septembre 2005 une nouvelle formation du choeur est née : ce sont les " les binjamins" .
