The Embro area is well known for having very talented people and we have added to The Embro talent with people from Woodstock, Ingersoll, Thamesford, Cambridge, London. Our goal is to make a great Choral sound by learning and working togeTher. We sing both The classics and The fun songs but our chief goals are that we have FUN while being of service to our communities!!!  less

The composition is divided into two repeated sections. In The first section, The Choral texture is homo-rhythmic and in The second section, The voices are set into a simple counterpoint. “I Never Saw” closes on The dominant chord creating a feeling of suspension that enhances The concept of faith expressed by Dickinson.

Their mission is to entertain, educate, unite and uplift Their audiences and members through music that is distinguished for its innovation, diversity and artistic excellence. Their philanthropic mission is to provide funding and support for music education in our Schools and The community. On September 10 of this year, Nashville Singers awarded Their first Music Makes a Difference music education grant to John Overton High School. The singers are all volunteers, range in age from teenagers to retirees and travel from five different counties throughout Middle Tennessee to be a part of The chorus. It has 170 singing members in soprano, alto, tenor and bass sections. Presenting classical Choral music of a professional standard in Yorkshire and elsewhere in Britain, including at The BBC Proms and Manchester Arena, The Chorus is broadcast regularly on BBC Radio 3. The Leeds Festival Chorus was first formed in 1858 (The year Queen Victoria opened The Leeds Town Hall) to sing at The first Leeds Musical Festival, and was reformed for each succeeding one. The Chorus became independent in 1985. It celebrated its 150th anniversary in 2008 with a performance of a specially-commissioned work by Judith Bingham - a world premiere.
