We provide music for all occasions, such as private parties, corporate functions, weddings, birthdays, etc., with a varied repertoire in the style of The Manhattan Transfer, New York Voices, The Real Group, Singers Unlimited, The Swingle Singers, Take Six and others. Clearly Vocal was selected as one of seven groups to compete in the 2010 Rocky Mountain Harmony Sweepstakes in Denver, Colorado. As winners of the 2010 Contemporary A Cappella League Showcase, Clearly Vocal was a featured group at the SoJam A Cappella Festival in Durham, North Carolina, November 12 & 13, 2010.  less

Though founded and based in Whitby, our membership is made up of residents from all over Durham Region and the GTA. We truly represent and reflect the diversity of the Region in which we perform. The choir currently numbers 70 to 80 choir members ranging in age from 18 to 80.

We are an amazing community of people who Love to sing,have fun, learn music from all different genres represented in Musical Theatre repertoire. We work all season to put together one huge year end show, staged and in a theatre. Our season goes from September until May.

Since our inception, we strive to engage all our audience members, from the musically sophisticated to first-timers. We enjoy bringing our performance art to the Calgary community. We perform at two major concerts per year as well as various community performances. As a distinctive and dynamic women’s vocal ensemble, we collaborate with local artists to perform unique arrangements of familiar and eclectic repertoire. Blend Vocal Association strives to unite in harmony and share our Love of singing by performing a diverse and entertaining selection of musical styles. From many walks of life, we all share our Love of music. We are a chapter of Sweet Adelines International in Region #19, and invite women of all ages to visit us. The only requirement is the Love of singing. Any woman, with or without musical training, can find a part that fits her voice. We're looking for melody and harmony singers. See where you belong. We are an auditioned chamber choir of 30-40 members who Love sharing the joy of choral singing with each other and our community. Our regular season consists of at least 4 concerts featuring a variety of musical genres and styles. Because we seek to create meaningful musical experiences, we value interaction and education in our performances. Our audience members often tell us how much they Love learning about the music from our director’s comments, which help them more fully enter into the music and enjoy it.  less

A fountain wher in this case the musical joy starts to spray it's joyful notes. The Love for music and the willingness to reach a good choir sound is the starting point of this ambitious group of amateur singers. The choir members originate from different kind of choral background (close harmony, church choir and oratorium choir). Endora consists of 8 sopranos, 8 altos, 5 tenors and 5 basses.
