We have performed at several festivals and international events (Germany, France, Switzerland, Bulgaria).

Ira Spaulding, born in New York, studied with Robert Simpson at Westminster Choir College in Princeton, New Jersey (Bachelor of Music) and also holds a Master of Music in Voice and Choral Conducting from Eastern Kentucky University. He gave numerous recitals in America as well as having taught voice, conducting, vocal pedagogy and literature at several Colleges and conducted various vocal ensembles (community oratorio Choirs, church Choirs, boys Choirs and a jazz vocal ensemble).
He currently serves on The faculty at City College of New York where he teaches voice, conducting and leads vocal ensembles and Choirs.

Water Ruminations is a setting of six poems by The thirteenth-century poet Rumi, in English translations from The Persian by Coleman Barks, for double Choir and organ. The poetry sings of literal and spiritual connections between water and sky, a drop of water and human life, flowing water and love, drinking water and its container, The giddiness of spring and rolling seas, and The ocean's gifts and singing. Its images, from 800 years ago, speak to us with both vivid immediacy and transcendence.
