The Society's 200 members come from all walks of life to volunteer their time for the Joy of making music together. In addition to its concert programs, the Society works to further oratorio Singing and provides young Singers with the opportunity to advance their careers through the annual Lyndon Woodside Oratorio-Solo Competition.

We are an auditioned chamber choir of 30-40 members who love sharing the Joy of choral Singing with each other and our community. Our regular season consists of at least 4 concerts featuring a variety of musical genres and styles. Because we seek to create meaningful musical experiences, we value interaction and education in our performances. A fountain wher in this case the musical Joy starts to spray it's Joyful notes. The love for music and the willingness to reach a good choir sound is the starting point of this ambitious group of amateur Singers. The choir members originate from different kind of choral background (close harmony, church choir and oratorium choir). Endora consists of 8 sopranos, 8 altos, 5 tenors and 5 basses.

We Sing a-cappella style music in four-part harmony, called Barbershop. The songs we Sing are varied, some old classics, some modern with a twist! In an effort to stay committed to Singing and performing at the highest possible level, we compete each year in a national contest and we also perform our own annual Show to raise our profile in the community. This particular setting was composed with a small mixed-ability choir in mind, so the voices are mainly in two parts (men's and women's voices), splitting to four parts (SATB) occasionally, where the words suggest it. The musical style is reminiscent of the 19th century although the piano part does go into 20th century style syncopation at times.
