It is the mission of the Surftones to: Promote and preserve barbershop harmony and educate the public in this truly American musical style Strive for excellence in singing a cappella harmony Encourage continued improvement in the singing capabilities of all our members, as individuals and as chorus and quartet members Encourage fellowship and camaraderie among members and their families Perform publicly throughout the year for both charitable and paid functions Initiate, promote, support, and participate in charitable projects Promote and support the Vision and Mission of the Barbershop Harmony Society The Cape Cod Surftones is a chapter of the Barbershop Harmony Society and is a Nonprofit 501(c)(3) organization.  less

To date they have given over 1500 local youngsters vocal coaching and experience of professional-standard live performance. WYV is run by a team of experienced volunteers who give their time freely to be able to pass this experience on - the team consists of two primary school teachers, two doctors and a critical care nurse! Warwickshire Young voices provide high quality musical activities for children from age 2 to age 16 through a range of classes, choirs and workshops. In all activities, Warwickshire Young voices prides itself on professionalism - with performances reaching the highest standards. Their Musical Director, and resident composer, often writes music specifically for the children. Warwickshire Young voices are a busy group.
