In mid-April, 2011, Ola spent 3 days on The Central Washington University Campus for a project in which he joined The choir in recording 3 of his compositions. On this video, Gjeilo accompanies The choir on "The Ground"
He is playing a written accompaniment on this video. He created an improvised accompaniment on The oTher two videos of this series. One is on his setting of The "Ubi Caritas" text and The oTher is on his composition, "NorThern Lights",
Because of his view that improvising is a wonderful snapshot of artists "at that moment", The project was entitled "In The Moment".

The whole Mass setting contains Kyrie, Gloria, Sanctus, Benedictus, Agnus Dei and also an organ voluntary based on The Themes.
A version for 3 part mixed choir (Soprano, Alto and Men) and organ is also available at:

Because of its gently exotic modal flavours, The music was deemed to have a ring of "oriental promise" by one appreciative member of The congregation at The first performance.
This setting has been sung in CaThedrals in Manchester, Southwell and Dublin and The Agnus has also featured in services at Christ Church Didsbury.
The recording here is The Agnus Dei sung by The Voluntary Choir of Manchester CaThedral during Their visit to Southwell Minster. less
