Th...  moreThe Salt Lake Vocal Artists perform the world premiere of "Ubi caritas et amor, Deus ibi est" written for them by Sergey Khvoshchinsky under the direction of Dr. Brady Allred in Lilia Hall, Kawaguchi (Tokyo), Japan live in concert on October 15, 2013. The Salt Lake Vocal Artists toured Japan as part of an invitation to perform at the Karuizawa International Choral Festival and performed in Karuizawa, Tokyo, Mastumoto and Nagoya. Horlick High School, Gilmore Middle School, McKinley Middle School, Olympia Brown Elementary, Gifford Elementary, Winslow Elementary, Wadewitz Elementary and AppleChor from Red Apple Elementary combined to sing it as the Finale to the festival. There were about 280 children involved.
