Their members perform this activity in vocational fashion and the great majority of them has main occupations and studies that are not related to Musical activity. The organisation was set up by professional conductor, Emma Rowland, who suffers with anxiety and depression. Emma wanted to make Choirs, and singing, more accessible to everyone. During the COVID lockdown, SOS has been offering FREE virtual Choirs to the entire world. We're currently (June 2020) in 80 countries and working with thousands of singers each week. We've just launched our fourth project, an original song, ready to be made into a virtual Choir video.  less

World Champions (Scenic Folklore - WCG2012). The premier performance ensemble of Kearsney College, a leading independent high school for boys in South Africa. Winners of 10 Gold Medals (incl 3 World Champion Titles) at the World Choir Games 2000-2012. Boys join the Choir as an extra-curricular activity, amid academic, sporting and other cultural activities. Approx. 40 performances per year, including national/international tours.  less
