Celebrating world music and arts Promoting multi-cultural awareness Supporting children's health and education projects in The Gambia, West Africa As well as hosting an annual World Musicand Arts Festival and the choir we also run a weekly West African Drumming workshop. Both groups enjoy performing at our own and other local community events and festivals.

We perform at a variety of functions, often during church services. Our Easter-and Christmas programs are very popular. We also present a praise service ("Lofdiens") as church service. Our "soiree choralis" is another enjoyable event that we host. This is an ideal fundraiser for a church or other organisation.

In touring and recording, Belle Canto has distinguished itself as one of today’s foremost women’s ensembles. Originally a group of university students, the choir now consists of amateur singers from all walks of life.
