The sense of walking at night is evoked as are the inner-blues of the poem. Rhythmic and thought-provoking. The choir rehearses weekly during School term time, and performs three or four concerts per year. The choir normally performs unaccompanied, with programmes mixing sacred and secular music drawn from all historical periods and spanning many different styles. Recent programmes have included works by Britten, Whitacre, Lauridsen, Byrd, Tallis, Palestrina, Finzi, Rutter, and many others.  less

Winners of 10 Gold Medals (incl 3 World Champion Titles) at the World Choir Games 2000-2012. We receive children...  moreOctava Children Choir was founded in 2009 as a part of St. Anthony of Padua Elementary School, located in BSD Serpong, South Tangerang. This is a group of kids who study in the School and as an extracurricular program for the children. We receive children from the 3rd till 6th grades. The choir is conducted by Fanny Kristianus Kalensang and till now is the one who is in charge of all OCC's activities.
