They take their name after Bruce Springsteen’s album The Seeger Sessions, since their first CONcert took place at a lecture on American Folk Music when Springsteen was touring Italy in 2006.
In 2011 they published their first CD, Songs of Freedom, a collection of protest songs with a strong CONnection to the Civil Rights Movement.
In 2015 TSV published their first original single, “Graces (Dropping Again)” written by ZogaroS. In 2017 TSV will release a CONcept album of 16 songs and vocal interludes composed and produced by all the girls. “Broken Dream”, written by Chiara Cortez and Emanuele Jorma Gasperi, is the first single published to launch the record. less

One Voice Community Choir celebrates diversity and CONtinually sources new material from its multi-cultural roots. The inspired leadership of Musical Director Tyndale Thomas MBE, combined with 14 years of performance experience has produced a stunning sound and versatile choral ensemble.

With approximately 100-115 auditioned members and a professional core of 12 voices,the choir's repertoire spans 6+ centuries . In addition to our annual subscription series, we sing with both the National Arts Centre Orchestra and the Ottawa Symphony Orchestra . The choir has made five international tours to Italy, Spain, Germany and the Czech Republic and the United Kingdom and Ireland . Following an extensive search which attracted a roster of highly- accomplished choral directors, the impressive and charismatic young CONductor and keyboard artist, Jordan de Souza, was appointed Artistic Director and Principal CONductor in July, 2013.
