We sing challenging and rewarding Music in a friendly committed environment with a wide range of ages and nationalities. We have a particular affinity for contemporary classical Music, having won prizes for interpretation at home and abroad, and regularly present Irish premieres at our Dublin concerts.

The set was recorded and produced in December of 2010 by Allen Larsen in the CWU Music building concert hall. The poems, by Joanne Gunnerson, were set by composer John Muehleisen. Bounty and Aversion to Carrots were written for the Seattle Choir Opus 7, The third song, RAH!, was commissioned by CWU. The organisation was set up by professional conductor, Emma Rowland, who suffers with anxiety and depression. Emma wanted to make Choirs, and singing, more accessible to everyone. During the COVID lockdown, SOS has been offering FREE virtual Choirs to the entire world. We're currently (June 2020) in 80 countries and working with thousands of singers each week. We've just launched our fourth project, an original song, ready to be made into a virtual Choir video.  less
