Our choral Projects include: inclusive community Choirs for people with and without disabilities, Choirs specifically for adults with intellectual disabilities, and Choirs for older people, with a particular focus on those with dementia and memory loss. There are now a total of ten Choirs operating in the Dublin area, with more planned for 2015! We rehearsed for most of the day in ...  moreOn 24th November 2012 we brought together 98 singers and four choral directors for our most ambitious Project to date: a choral workshop on Thomas Tallis' monumental 40-part motet, 'Spem in Alium', composed in 1570. We rehearsed for most of the day in two-choir sections, with our four choral directors, Scott Inglis-Kidger, Sarah Tenant-Flowers, Riccardo Bonci and Jonny Davies. After lunch we began to put the sections together. At 4pm we brought all 8 Choirs together and Scott Inglis-Kidger led a most thrilling final performance. This auditioned mixed voice adult choir performs a an impressive repertoire of music ranging from symphonic classical to modern favourites under the direction of Maestro, David Holler. Uniquely, the Chorus is backed by its own "Concert Players Orchestra" and is a non-profit corporation operating in partnership with the Media Studies Program at Fanshawe College. This organization has achieved its world class status through its adherence to excellence, and the diligence of individual choristers and continues to grow in quality each season. The London Fanshawe Symphonic Chorus organization is also a two time winner of the Ontario Lieutenant-Governor's Award for the Arts for fiscal responsibility and innovative programming.  less

Pleading for Words is a special architecture of music and the word that outwardly expresses contact between very different aesthetic criteria but glows with the same devout message: a personal spiritual testimony. The program concept is based on the attitude toward primary spirituality: from intimate thought to more outwardly expressed manifestations. Slovenian spiritual creativity can be summed up in threefold diversity: confessional, agnostic, and atheist.
