Reading A440 Choir presents choral music with the added dimension of multi-media storytelling and the incorporation of non-choral arts supplementing our music in our performances. We also like to enter competitions.

The Seagrave Singers are an award winning all-female choir. It is our aim to bring enJOYment to others and ourselves by delivering a high quality performance. We present our own concerts bi-annually and organise concerts to assist with fundraising.

Nel 2008 Gabriella lascia il coro e viene sostituita brevemente dal M° Benedetto Fiori e, in seguito, da Marta De Colle. Attualmente il direttore è Gino V. Ruoso con cui il coro mantiene il carattere popolare e di montagna, con ampliamento a brani di autori contemporanei.  less

The choir welcomes NEW members at the...  moreThe Gettin’ Higher Choir seeks to embrace and celebrate humanity’s highest aspirations through music, welcoming people of all ages and cultures. We are not associated with any particular religion or spiritual path. The choir welcomes NEW members at the beginning of each season in September and February. There is no audition, and no vocal experience is required, just a desire to sing in harmony with others. Our aim is to re-integrate singing into the daily routines of life. We sing for the pure JOY and pleasure it gives us, in an atmosphere that is fun, relaxed, and accepting. Our repertoire consists of both traditional and NEW songs from many cultures. The majority are sung a cappella (unaccompanied) in 4-part harmony. The choir is divided into three chapters, each practicing the same material on either Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday. The ensemble strives to achieve the level of singing that enables recording of thematically diverse programmes, concert performances in excellent halls and participation in national as well as international music festivals. The artistic director of the ensemble is Robert Feguš.
