Each character...  moreThe Poohratorio is based on chapter 8 of A A Milne’s “Now we are Six” (The expotition to the North Pole) It is set for various voices (spoken and sung) and either guitar or guitar with other optional instruments following the guitar part. Each character has his own theme (leitmotif). This 1989 recording was created by the composer using his voice, classical guitar and various electronic instruments.

We currently sing acapella, but will be having an accompanist shortly which will make a huge difference in our standard of singing. We welcome new members to join our ranks, and coach them continuously in for for them to love and enjoy music through singing in harmony.  

We are a non-audition choir, open to all. We rehearse at the Bernie Grant Arts Centre on Tuesday evenings from 7.30pm to 9.30pm. We rehearse at the Bernie Grant Arts Centre on Tuesday evenings from 7.30pm to 9.30pm. We aim to unite and represent our community through our joy of singing. The choir has over sixty singers rehearsing each week and the main focus in rehearsals is preparation for performances. These performances can take the form of concerts and appearances in festivals and other events in the local community.  

The Choir is made up of 3 different choirs, English service choir, Yoruba service Choir and Teenager church choir. we are about 120 in number.

The constitution and first rehearsal of the cho...  moreAcademic Male Choir of the Faculty of Electrical Engineering and Computing was established on January 11, 2016 as the initiative of the conductor Josip degl' Ivellio and the Dean Professor Mislav Grgic, PhD. The constitution and first rehearsal of the choir was held on January 18, 2016. The choir has been holding since its foundation regular weekly rehearsals, and has grown into the biggest male choir in Croatia, but also wider. The choir in its repertoire emphasizes classical choral literature, primarily Croatian composers. In addition, the choir's repertoire includes both a cappella compositions of the classical repertoire, from Renaissance to contemporary music, as well as the clapet and compositions of contemporary or popular multilayer music. Members of the choir are present the former students and staff of the Faculty, as well as other interested friends and supporters of the Faculty. Since foundation, choir has won multiple golden plaques and more than 80 concerts or performances.  less

The Seagrave Singers are an award winning all-female choir. It is our aim to bring enjoyment to others and ourselves by delivering a high quality performance. We present our own concerts bi-annually and organise concerts to assist with fundraising.
