St George’s RC Church Sudburyofollow">http://stgeorgessudbury.org.uk/ is a Roman Catholic church in the Diocese of Westminsterofollow">http://www.rcdow.org.uk/ it was consecrated in 1928 and modelled on a pre-reformation English Church. By 1933 there was a regular Sung Mass every Sunday with organ. The singers (all male) were professionals hired by the Parish Priest. Within a short time there were sufficient men available for a Choir trained by Frank Adams and they sang at Mass and on Sunday evenings at Vespers and Benediction. Fed up of boring lifeless Choirs that sing traditional Music, Bobby wanted to create a Choir format that is fun, exciting, and most important - easily accesible to everyone. We started with a Swansea Choir, and quickly expanded to opening a branch in Llanelli. New to 2015 is our branch in Cardiff and Bristol starting in September.

Papandopulo composed "Pozdrav Zori dalmatinskoj" on August 1st 1976 in Opatija (Croatia). Written in 1844 by Ana Vrdoljak, a poetess from Imostski (Croatia), the lyrics of this song date back to the times of Illyrian movement, celebrating the launching of the magazine "Zora dalmatinska", a literary and educational weekly issued in Zadar, thus being the first Croatian literary magazine to be issued outside Zagreb (from 1844 to 1849). The song was published on the cover of the No. 44 of the magazine, issued on October 28th 1844.  less
