The ensemble performs sacred, religious, OPM, Pop and Folkloric repertoire from different well-known local and international composers and arrangers. The group was formed in 2016 with sixteen pioneer members representing the 16th note on the logo of Quorista. The group's normal size is...  moreExultate (Egg-sul-TAH-teh) is a chamber choir and orchestra, based in the Twin Cities, MN, founded in 1996 by Dr. Thomas D. Rossin, CONductor. Exultate is the Twin Cities' only professional choir with a self-CONtained orchestra. The group's normal size is about 45 singers and 22 instrumentalists. Once a year Exultate expands its ranks to become a larger-than-chamber festival choir and orchestra, performing and recording such major works for voices and instruments as A German Requiem by Brahms (sung in English), The Seven Last Words of Christ by Théodore Dubois (also in English), Mozart's Grand Mass in C Minor, Francis Poulenc's Gloria, the Mass in B Minor by Johann Sebastian Bach and the Requiems of Gabriel Fauré and John Rutter. Exultate has produced nineteen recordings so far - seven are Christmas albums with unique Christmas carol arrangements, many written especially for Exultate. We rehearse at the Bernie Grant Arts Centre on Tuesday evenings from 7.30pm to 9.30pm. We aim to unite and represent our community through our joy of singing. The choir has over sixty singers rehearsing each week and the main focus in rehearsals is preparation for performances. These performances can take the form of CONcerts and appearances in festivals and other events in the local community.

Papandopulo composed "Pozdrav Zori dalmatinskoj" on August 1st 1976 in Opatija (Croatia). Written in 1844 by Ana Vrdoljak, a poetess from Imostski (Croatia), the lyrics of this song date back to the times of Illyrian movement, celebrating the launching of the magazine "Zora dalmatinska", a literary and educational weekly issued in Zadar, thus being the first Croatian literary magazine to be issued outside Zagreb (from 1844 to 1849). The song was published on the cover of the No. 44 of the magazine, issued on October 28th 1844.  less

Our choral projects include: inclusive community choirs for people with and without disabilities, choirs specifically for adults with intellectual disabilities, and choirs for older people, with a particular focus on those with dementia and memory loss. There are now a total of ten choirs operating in the Dublin area, with more planned for 2015!
