Secondarily Tswelopele aims to educate its members in the singing of all types of Choral music, arrange concerts for the general public to attend, perform Choral works with other choirs and participate in various competitions and music festivals in the community. the choir currently consists of 48 choristers. the choir being fairly young went to its first (TCMA) competition on October 18th 2015, winning first place in the development section. the choir has since went on to perform at Computeshare and Standard Bank respectively.
