This is from Ian's Sundry Songs for SATB, a collection of 5 choral Songs published in 2010, which are settings of Tudor Poems. Haunting and contemporary, they also look back to evoke the spirit of the Elizabethan age. Recorded on 14th May 2011 at Treetops Recording Studio, Capel, Surrey, UK by Mark Sugden-Best. The group pursues two main aims: on the one hand to revive old, nearly forgotten Carinthian folk Songs, and on the other hand to enrich the Carinthian music scene by new Songs and interpretations. The Oktet Suha has performed more than 1400 times in Austria and all over Europe, as well as in the USA, Australia, Ukraina, Argentina and Canada. They had lots of tv and radio appearances worldwide. Oktet Suha has released 12 CD ́s since and is the main organizer of the annual cross boarder vocal Festival Suha.
