It typically assembles a choir for a brief time before each performance, then disbands until just before the next concert when a new choir is formed. The Singers may or may not be the same each time. The choir is known for its freshness of sound and heart felt connections with the listener.

Each 3 weeks we learn a new song together and perform 4-5 times per year. Texts are available in Hebrew and in Phonetics, we translate and learn to pronounce and sing together, and have an archive of all the songs and the various harmonies recorded separately to make it easier to learn and join. It's a lot of fun. Hebrew Groove is a young, contemporary, Hebrew vocal group based in Amsterdam. The repertoire consists of Hebrew pop songs from all periods, retouched with the groovy piano and close harmony vocal arrangements of conductor Noam Vazana. The rousing performance was part of Gledholt MVC's Gala day which included performances from Elvis, West Yorkshire Fire and Rescue Pipe Band and also a Zumba class. There was also a concert in Huddersfield town hall in the evening. Out Aloud is Sheffield's Gay choir. It was formed in 2006 and enables lesbians, gay men, bisexual and transgendered people in Sheffield to enjoy singing as a community. There are no auditions and members dont need to be experenced Singers or read music.

Sure on this Shining Night 在這閃亮的夜晚 美國作家艾吉(James Agee, 1909-1955)是美國四O年代重要的小說家、編劇、電影評論與詩人，在他去世後才出版的傳記小說《A Death in the Family》使他榮獲1958年的普立茲獎。此曲歌詞節錄自〈描述天堂〉(Description of Elysium)一詩，收錄在1934年出版的「允許我遠航」(Permit Me Voyage)詩集中。 勞律森將此詩譜寫成為混聲四部合唱曲，配合詩作藉著景物抒懷，在歌詞shining（閃亮）一字，運用花腔式（一字對多音）的...    less
