The Choir has held concerts in many cities of Greece and abroad, and made a special appearance in Cuba, where it performed a concert in the Cathedral of St. Francis of Assisi, in Havana, invited by the Cuban Ministry of Culture. The two concerts with the popular oratorio "AXION ESTI" of Mikis Theodorakis at Thessaloniki Palais des Sports and the "CARMinA BURANA" at Thessaloniki Concert Hall, performed in collaboration with Thessaloniki’s State Symphony Orchestra (under the Cultural Olympiad), are the Choir’s most important moments until now. LSK is one of two Boys' choirs in central Kentucky and the only one following the German/Austrian model! For ages 8 - 18+, the choir generally performs several concerts per year, not including religious servies or regular tours. We sing traditional classical literature arranged specifically for the choir, folk songs, and other works written for trebles. We also sing classical sacred music for various religious servies.

The singers have set themselves the target to present their listeners a wide musical spectrum. Their repertoire consists of vocal music from Renaissance and Baroque to Romanticism to the 20th and 21st century. Important elements are works of Jacobus Gallus, Michael Praetorius, Felix Mendelssohn Bartholdy, Francis Poulenc and Rudolf Mauersberger. in addition they also perform with popular music. Music of the “Comedian Harmonists”, “The Beatles”, Billy Joel or the German group “Wise Guys” are also an essential part of their repertoire. Since then the choir has been not only one of the best choirs in it`s home Country Latvia but also recognized and awarded in many international choir contests. Founder of the choir was Mefodijs Skuja but the greatest achievments DZinTARS succeeded with perennial conductor Ausma Derkēvica.
