Entre los estrenos realizados por el coro, se destacan: Kyrie de Andrés Milá Prats y Ave María de Juan Guerra, presentadas en el Salón Dorado del Teatro Colón de Buenos Aires, durante 2003, año en el que también se estrena el Kyrie de Gastón Sznajderhaus. En 2005, el coro realiza la primera presentación de la obra en tres movimientos para coro y orquesta El jardín y el pantano del compositor Juan Carlos Figueiras, en el marco del ciclo Grandes Conciertos que tuvo lugar en el auditorio de la Facultad de Derecho de la UBA.
