We Annually we perform two large concerts with professional soloists and orchestral musicians in Carlow, ‘Glory of Christmas’ in the National Concert Hall and annual ‘Christmas Crackers’ family concert in the George Bernard Shaw Theatre, Carlow. We have a remarkabLe repertoire of many choral works such as Handel’s Messiah, Bach’s St. Mathews & St. John Passion, Verdi’s Requiem, Haydn’s The Creation & Seasons, Brahm’s Requiem & many more. Au fil des années, la choraLe a gagné en maturité artistique et Les choristes qui rejoignaient Les différents pupitres portaient désormais à Leur actif des aptitudes Vocales, musicaLes et humaines. Le répertoire chanté a égaLement évolué vers des chants plus sophistiqués avec des polyphonies et des arrangements plus compLexes mais qui gardent élégance et légèreté. We are made up of 3 different choirs - Mixed Chorus, TrebLe Choir, and Concert Choir. All of our members are students at Port Huron Northern High School and range from 13-18 years of age. We all share a love of music and create joy through singing together.
