Members receive specialised training in sight-singing, notation and theory, vocal technique, interpretation and repertoire and are guided individually through the Dublin Choral Foundation Training Scheme leading to bronze, silver and gold awards.

Karl Jenkins' popular vocal-instrumental work Adiemus belongs to a sort of symphonic Music with a touch of ethnic Music. To define Adiemus is the best way to denote it as a "new age" or "progressive" Music.
