Dedicated to The performance of sacred music from varied religious traditions and historical periods, Angelus performs music ranging from medieval chant and polyphony to The American Sacred Harp tradition and contemporary Irish sacred music.

Member of The Barbershop Harmony Society since 1960. Mainly a show-oriented group, we also enter district competition once a year. Our mission: Singing and sharing barbershop harmony for enjoyment and good will.

We rehearse at The Bernie Grant Arts Centre on Tuesday evenings from 7.30pm to 9.30pm. We aim to unite and represent our community through our joy of singing. The choir has over sixty singers rehearsing each week and The main focus in rehearsals is preparation for performances. These performances can take The form of concerts and appearances in festivals and oTher events in The local community.
