Born in September of 2012, the New Hope – Solebury & Lambertville Community Choir is a true Community-based and Community-oriented chorus, made up of members from the New Hope, Solebury, Lambertville, and immediate surrounding areas. The Choir is non-audition, and is open to all singers and would-be singers, ages 14 to 84 (and beyond). NHS&LCC is the New Hope area’s musical voice. We’ll be there a few times a year with concerts, we’ll be singing at Community events, for Christmas caroling, at nursing homes & rehab centers, and more.  less

Founded by a group of choral music lovers in 2002, KCC has leaded the choral music Community to an unceasingly advancement in southern Taiwan. KCC performs a vast selection of local and international repertoires, female or male choral work, a cappella pieces, contemporary Chamber Choir music, and newly commissioned compositions in its semi annual concerts and other occasions. KCC’s active presence on stages has brought several acclaimed rewards from private and public offices. Under the leadership of the current Artistic Director, Dr. Chia-fen Weng, KCC launched the Elite Workshop to further expand the Choir’s caliber in 2007. This program recruited a few young talented singers to act as voice teachers in the Choir, such as Hua-chen Liang, Je-jium Chan and Ying-jen Yao, and offers music theory, body movement and dancing lessons to its members as part of this Elite Workshop program. The Chamber Choir comprises of some 40 adult mixed voices. SPS are based at the heart of a vibrant City of Leeds where it is one component of the larger Choral Foundation of Leeds Minster. Rehearsals take place on Sunday evenings and singers are most welcome to come along. The Singer's perform concerts at the Minster as well as the wider Leeds area and further afield in Yorkshire, UK and internationally. St Peter's Singers have under taken recent overseas tours to Romania, Mallorca and Brittany France.  less
